VOCATIONAL COURSES OFFERED
Cosmetology and Beauty Therapy
- We offer this course on both Formal and Non Formal Levels
- For formal programs, the students have to be with a primary seven leavers certificate (P.L.E) or a Senior four certificate and the course takes 2 years
- For Non formal programs, any person who wishes to get skills is highly welcomed regardless of their level of Education and the course takes between 3 – 12 months
- All students under this course are assessed by Uganda Vocational and Technical Assessment Board (UVTAB)

- Early Childhood Certificate in Education (ECCE): This program is offered by students who have completed senior four and the coures takes two (2) years.
- Child Care (CC) : This program is offered by students who have completed senior four and the coures takes One (1) year.

Luweero Diocese Vocational Institute offers certificate at all levels: Admissions are open to all levels that is to say Modular, Level 1, Level 2, Uganda Community Polytechnic Certificate (UCPC) and National Certificate, all assessed by Uganda Vocational and Technical Assessment Board (UVTAB)
Duration of Programmes
Business Courses
Take a maximum of two Years with 2 semesters per year.
Vocational Courses Formal
These take a period of two years and a year has three terms.
Vocational Courses Non Formal
These include Level 2, Level 1, and Modular. Take a period between 3 – 12 months depending on the need.
